School Holiday Candle Making Workshop

Looking for a creative and engaging school holiday activity? Then our School Holiday Candle Making Workshop offers a fun, hands-on experience in a calm and supportive environment. Designed especially for children, this workshop encourages creativity while also building confidence and curiosity.

During the session, children will learn the basics of candle making step by step. They will then choose from a selection of jars, colours, and low allergen scents. Next, they will pour and finish their own candle to take home. As a result, each child enjoys a rewarding and memorable experience.

Importantly, we place a strong focus on sensory awareness and safety. For this reason, all materials are low allergen, and fragrances are gentle and carefully selected. Additionally, instructions are clear, paced, and age-appropriate. This ensures every child feels comfortable, included, and supported throughout the workshop.

Workshop Details

• Age range: Suitable for school-aged children especially 10 onwards

• Duration: Approximately 60–90 minutes

• Group size: Small groups for personal guidance

• What’s included:

  • All candle making materials

  • One handmade candle per child

  • Guidance from an experienced educator

• Location: In-house workshop (Adelaide)

Because group sizes are kept small, children receive individual support and attention. Furthermore, the relaxed setting allows them to learn at their own pace. Whether they are naturally creative or simply curious, this workshop offers something special for everyone.

Bookings

Due to high demand, places are limited and fill quickly during school holidays. Therefore, bookings are essential. Alternatively, private group sessions and school bookings can be arranged upon request.

A small fee applies to cover materials and supplies. Ultimately, this workshop offers a calm, creative, and sensory-friendly school holiday experience children will love.
