POSTAGE & HANDLING POLICY

Clean Burn Candle South Australia offers Australia-wide shopping & postage ONLY.

Postage & Handling is applied to all orders requiring a physical item to be shipped.

All orders are posted via the most cost effective method for the customer’s location,  through Australia Post.

Orders incur a flat postage & handling fee of $14.95 for standard postage (allow up to 5 business days for delivery) across Australia, including PO Boxes.

Orders incur a flat postage & handling fee of $19.95 for express postage (allow up to 3 business days for delivery) across Australia, including PO Boxes.

For orders delivered to Perth, Darwin, Queensland, Tasmania and remote areas the delivery time may be 1 to 2 days longer than delivery to other parts of Australia.

Clean Burn Candle South Australia aims to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. However, the delivery times stated above are estimates only, as delivery is provided by a third party and is outside of our control.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, as Clean Burn Candle South Australia will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Missed Delivery

If you miss your delivery, Australia Post delivers your parcel back to the nearest Post Office and leaves a card to indicate which Post Office you can pick your parcel up from. To redeem your parcel you will need to provide your name and ID.

Clean Burn Candle South Australia has no control over and makes no warranty in relation to the performance of Australia Post or Sendle.

Should your parcel not be delivered to the address you entered for shipping, and it is not at your local post office for collection, please contact Australia Post using your tracking number provided upon dispatch.

Your satisfaction at being able to purchase and use a candle that does not flare up allergies is our priority. We will always seek to ensure your satisfaction when shopping with Clean Burn Candle South Australia. However Clean Burn Candle South Australia does not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of its products, so we ask you to choose carefully before you buy.

Due to the nature of our products and for work health safety reasons Clean Burn Candle South Australia does not permit the return or exchange of any of its products as a result of you changing your mind or finding a cheaper price elsewhere or if a fault was caused by your negligence or inappropriate use.
